I’m still getting a handful of reports of people not being able to capture Flash using Paparazzi!, and I’d like to try to fix that. If you use Paparazzi! and can’t seem to capture Flash (and don’t have a delay set (this is important as the Flash loads after the “page loaded” notification is sent!)), please leave a comment here or send me a message some other way with:

Fixes crashes on Leopard and a few other things.
I'm a bad developer. Sorry.
Addendum: IIRC this won't run on 10.3.x.
Leopard-compatible beta this weekend.
Resolution number 1 is: Release.
On Wednesday, I purchased a new ADC Select membership, which means I should have Leopard to develop on at home soonish. Of course, this means I'll have to back up and delete a bunch of stuff to make room….
Yes, I know Paparazzi! crashes on Leopard. I think I kind of know why, but I can't do anything about it until I have a copy of Leopard myself.
Once that happens, I will fix it ASAP, but I don't know how soon that will be, unfortunately.
Paparazzi! 0.5b4 is ready.
- Fixed a crash that would occur when the first character of a Firefox bookmark’s title was encoded as a character entity (e.g., ').
- Automator actions will now launch Paparazzi! if it is not already running.
- The displayed “last updated” date in the Update Preferences will now properly update immediately when updates are checked for.
Yesterday was my birthday, which I celebrated by not working, by playing too many Warsong Gulch matches, and by going to bed at around 7 PM. Maybe I'll really celebrate it later this week ("really" meaning "with heaps of booze").
There is a crasher in the Paparazzi! 0.5 betas that will rear its nasty head if you (a) use Firefox and (b) have a Firefox bookmark whose title's first character is represented in the bookmarks file by an HTML entity (', for example). It crashes because I forgot to check the return value of some scanner methods (which prompted me to make sure I checked return values in the IE URL file parsing I did for Camino (which I did; whew!)).
Anyway, this will be fixed in b4, which I'd like to have out later today. Maybe.
If I remember correctly, the Automator actions in Paparazzi! 0.5b3 won't work if Paparazzi! isn't already running (since non-running applications don't receive Apple Events (duh)). This will be fixed for the next beta.
